Experience within recruitment isn’t essential but you must have an understanding driving - so you maybe a transport planner or transport coordinator who understand driving hours, different types of driving work, you will need to be a professional, confident and a vibrant individual with a willingness to listen & learn from your colleagues, ultimately resulting in a long-term successful career within this expanding industry.
