Salary: £24,000 per annum + attractive commission

Working Hours:Monday to Friday, with some weekend work required during key periods.

Are you a motivated, enthusiastic, and confident individual with a passion for sales? We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our growing sales team at our Clients Northampton head office. If youre driven, self-motivated, and eager to build a career in sales, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Drive the steady growth of new customers.
• Periodically visit existing and potential customers.
• Negotiate the best prices to benefit both the company and customers.
• Manage personal expenses, mileage, and budgets.
• Provide first-class support to customers and respond to their queries.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager and attend international exhibitions.
• Maintain a focus on business development and forward planning.

Requirements:

• Full driving licence (held for a minimum of 3 years).
• Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work to sales targets and budgets.
• Ability to travel weekly and attend exhibitions as required.
