As Charity & Fundraising Administrator, you will be working for a Northampton based charity, supporting the fundraising team with their administration, attending events and providing support and advice to fundraisers.

Duties and responsibilities for the Charity & Fundraising Administrator role include:

  • Act as the first point of contact on behalf of the charity, providing advice and support with regards their fundraising activity
  • Production of thank you letters for donations received in a timely manner
  • Utilize relevant IT systems to ensure all relevant fundraiser and donor data is collected and input accurately
  • To provide administrative support for the Charity Committee meetings
  • Processing income from supporters& maintaining donor details on a spreadsheet

Skills and experience required for the Charity & Fundraising Administrator role are:

  • Exceptional customer service and administration skills
  • Excellent written English
  • Attention to detail and high standards of work output
  • Highly flexible, motivated and proactive
  • The ability to prioritize and manage own workload
