A highly reputable law firm based within Northampton are seeking a diligent Health & Safety Manager, on part time basis. If you have previous experience working as a Health & Safety manager, excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude, this may be the role for you! This role will operate at 21 hours per week, working 09:00-17:00, Wednesday - Friday, the successful applicant will enjoy a pro rata salary of up to 37k!

Within this role, you will be responsible for a varied range of tasks, you will be responsible for all health and safety activity within the firm, developing policies and embedding all training requirements. You will be liasing with external H&S consultants and any relevant local teams, implementing health and safety policies, conducting site inspections and risk assessments, organising training for employees, investigating any incidents on site and reporting, DSE assessments, internal auditing, maintaining H&S records, staying on top of industry trends and any other ad-hoc tasks when required.

The successful applicant will have demonstratable experience as a Health and Safety Manager previously within a professional services environment, Level 5 H&S or equivalent is preferable for this position.
