About the client

The Management Recruitment Group is seeking a Corporate Health and Safety Manager for a public sector client in Northamptonshire.

Accountabilities

  • Responsible for all health and safety matters across this organisations public estate
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to
  • Provide advice on safety issues and legislation across this organisation
  • Carry out safety inspections, investigations and audits in compliance with statutory requirements
  • Make appropriate safety recommendations as required
  • Presentation of health and safety information
  • Provide guidance to staff within the organisation at all levels on a variety of health and safety matters

Candidate Requirements

  • NEBOSH, IOSH, CMIOSH or working towards
  • Proven experience in Health and Safety ideally within the public sector
  • Managerial experience
  • Live a commutable distance to Northamptonshire
