- Continuously review payroll and reward services to create a market leading function.
- Oversee key projects in collaboration with Senior Leadership.
- Ensure full compliance with legislation and relevant agreements.

- Previous experience in a similar Shared Services environment.
- Project management and implementation experience.
- Team and stakeholder management.
- High volume payroll experience.
