Are you an experienced HR professional with a keen eye for compliance, data, and reward? We're looking for an HR Data, Compliance & Reward Manager to take ownership of key HR functions, ensuring robust governance, efficient payroll and reward processes, and accurate HR reporting. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance, driving system improvements, and providing key insights to senior stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Ensuring Compliance & Governance - Manage contractor compliance (IR35), oversee employment tax compliance, and ensure all HR processes align with GDPR and data protection regulations. You'll also lead audits and oversee immigration and right-to-work processes.

  • Managing Payroll, Reward & Benefits - Oversee payroll accuracy, administer employee benefits, conduct market benchmarking, and ensure fair and competitive compensation structures. You'll also be responsible for equal pay processes and gender pay gap reporting.

  • Leading HR Reporting & Analytics - Develop insightful HR reporting frameworks, track key performance metrics, and deliver board-level reporting. You'll also provide labour market analysis to inform business decisions.

  • Driving HR Systems & Process Improvements - Oversee HR policy development, lead HRIS implementation and upgrades, and ensure seamless document control and knowledge management within HR operations.

What We're Looking For

? Proven experience in HR operations, compliance, or reward management.? Strong understanding of employment law, regulatory compliance, and HR governance.? Expertise in payroll, benefits administration, and compensation benchmarking.? Data-driven approach with experience in HR reporting and analytics.? Strong project management skills, particularly in HR system implementation.? Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.? CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience) is desirable.
