Our client are looking for a Recruitment Administrator/Resourcer based in Northampton

Location: Northampton

Shift time 08:00-17:00

Role & Responsibilities

Administration:

 

  • Liaise with Contracts Managers.
  • Responsible for opening and closing the office.
  • Ensure all open roles are advertised across multiple platforms (e.g., Indeed, Facebook, WhatsApp Groups, etc.).
  • Manage job applications from operatives.
  • Ensure all operatives' tickets/paperwork are in order.
  • Sort out payroll details.
  • Input timesheets.
  • Handle client calls regarding bookings.

Recruitment:

  • Search for candidates using our system and job boards.
  • Import candidates into our in-house database.
  • Register candidates.
  • Prepare CVs for submission to clients.
  • Import documentation into our in-house system.
  • Send job specifications to candidates.
  • Answer calls as positions are advertised.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Experience & Skills:

  • Experience working in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills.
  • Confident telephone manner.
  • Self-motivated with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
  • Tenacious and results-driven.
  • Ideally, someone looking to switch industries and eager to take on a challenge.

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, including on-call weekends. Being a people person is essential, as you will be dealing with people daily, making the job both rewarding and challenging.
