Our client are looking for an experienced Regional HR Manager to oversee our department's employees' recruiting, compensation, and training. The responsibilities include managing local HR teams, executing policies, and designing employees' benefits and compensation plans. You must have a good knowledge of EL & regulations and have experience with Human Resource Management Software. Finally, you should also keep track of new and existing employees and act as their advocates.

Responsibilities

  • Set performance benchmarks and assess the local HR teams.
  • Improve workforce diversity.
  • Craft and execute an overall recruiting strategy.
  • Collaborate with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's present and future hiring needs.
  • Forecast and manage the division's budget.
  • Track hiring KPIs and recommend improvements when required.
  • Design and implement the company's policies to ensure that business goals are achieved.
  • Review and improve all HR processes, including onboarding & induction of new employees, performance management, etc.
  • Design and implement effective training plans for new and existing hires.
  • Stay up-to-date on employment legislation and enforce them within the company.
  • Identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee engagement.
  • Partner with the National HR Manager to craft strategies and objectives.
  • Support and promote the company's reputation as the "best place to work."

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Must have good knowledge of current employment laws and practices
  • Extensive knowledge of HRM software
  • Ability to design and implement recruiting strategies
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Advance knowledge of MS Office, database management
