Embrace the chance to work closely with trade union partners and support a workforce of c350 employees in a role that blends employee relations, project work, and data analysis.What You Will Do:• Coach and support People Leaders through all HR-related actions, including resolution of employee relations issues.• Support resourcing requirements aligned to the company's resourcing and skills strategy.• Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders, including People Leaders and Trade Union partners.• Use data to proactively identify business needs and collaborate on continuous improvements.• Advise on the interpretation and implementation of Company policies.• Partner with key stakeholders on the management of absence cases to support employee wellbeing.What You Will Bring:• Strong HR experience, preferably within a Manufacturing or Distribution sector.• Demonstrable HR administrative skills and project involvement.• Experience working in environments with Trade Union partners.• Proven track record in Absence Management and Disciplinary actions.• Degree or equivalent/CIPD is preferred, but relevant experience/skills are highly valued.This HR Business Advisor role is a cornerstone in ensuring that diversity, equality, and inclusion are promoted within the workforce, aligning with the company's commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive environment.Location:This role is based at the company's Parts Distribution Centre in Daventry, Northants, offering no hybrid model but flexibility in on-site working days.Interested?If you're ready to take on this rewarding HR Business Advisor role and make a significant impact within a leading distribution centre, apply now to embark on a fulfilling career journey!
