  • Developing and expanding profitable client accounts
  • Generating new leads and converting them into loyal customers
  • Creating proposals, quotes, and tailored solutions
  • Coordinating across teams to deliver a seamless sales experience
  • Maintaining regular, proactive contact with clients
  • Presenting services to both existing and new prospects
  • Accurately maintaining CRM records and sales reports

  • Proven experience in IT sales, ideally within a Managed Services Provider (MSP).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you’re comfortable talking to everyone from IT Managers to CEOs.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, projects and deadlines with ease• Confident working independently, but equally collaborative when it counts
  • Highly organised, detail-focused and commercially aware
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and a data-driven approach to managing pipelines
  • A location within 20 miles of Northampton is ideal and you must drive and have your own car.
