- Managing reception, calls, mail and meeting room prep
- Booking travel, arranging events and ordering supplies
- Document formatting, CRM updates, diary management
- Supporting team meetings and distributing board papers
- Facilities & Health & Safety
- Overseeing cleaning, utilities, building maintenance and contracts
- Coordinating fire drills, health & safety checks and training
- Making sure our workplace is safe, well maintained and fully compliant
- Helping with HR onboarding and training admin
- Supporting teams across transactions, asset management and marketing
- Organising corporate events, annual calendars and key internal meetings
- You’ll be involved in everything from logistics and communication to culture and compliance – no two days will be the same!
- 4 or 5 days per week – your choice
- Flexibility on hours – e.g. 9am–3pm or 9am–4pm, depending on what suits you
