- Immediate Opportunity Pay: £17/hour based in Towcester 100% office based
- Contract: Temporary (with temp-to-perm potential)
- Flexible Hours - 4 or 5 Days/Week, hours to suit you
- Managing reception, calls, mail, meeting rooms, and travel bookings
- Coordinating diaries, arranging events, and preparing board papers
- Handling supplies, stationery, and CRM updates
- Keeping the office running smoothly – from cleaners to fire drills to ordering groceries
- Overseeing contracts, health & safety, and facilities management
- Supporting HR, compliance training, and staff onboarding
- Choose from 4 or 5 days per week
- Core hours could look like 10am–2pm or 9am–4pm – we’re open to what works best for you
- A self-starter with previous experience in office management or business support
- Organised, efficient, and not afraid to get stuck in
- Strong communication skills and confidence handling everything from meeting prep to supplier management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally some experience with CRM systems
