- Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator / Salesforce Developer, with a proven track record of successful system management and development projects.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning. Familiarity with integration tools such as MuleSoft or Data Loader is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset and an ability to adapt to new challenges.
- Salesforce Developer certification (or willingness to achieve one) is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira is beneficial.
