- Salary: Up to £90k + excellent benefits
- Location: Hybrid working model 2 days a week in the office near Northampton

- Full SDLC Management: A track record of successfully managing software development projects from inception to deployment in complex environments.
- Methodologies: Solid understanding of Agile or Scrum project management principles and software engineering best practices.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to bridge technical concepts with business needs for stakeholders at all levels.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in the financial services sector is highly desirable.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of Power BI Developers and software engineers.
- Manage the full software development lifecycle: planning, designing, developing, testing, and deploying solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, goals, and timelines.
- Deliver high-quality software and analytics solutions that drive business success.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and outcomes effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
