Position Overview:

Quality Control (QC) ensures that products meetsafety, legal, and quality standardsbefore reaching consumers. It involvesinspection, testing, and monitoringat different production stages to prevent defects and contamination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all quality checks are conducted as required and report any quality or food safety concerns to the Team Leader immediately.
  • Maintain correct visual standards on the production lines.
  • Ensure all products meet high standards of quality and finish.
  • Ensure adherence to HACCP guidelines and GMP requirements.
  • Participate in trials and pre-production launches to prioritize quality in all processes.
  • Conduct sampling, testing, auditing, and monitoring to verify that all processes, procedures, and products comply with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Collect necessary samples in accordance with procedures and protocols to ensure product quality, safety, and compliance.
  • Be able to help on the production line in certain circumstances.

Essential Skills:

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and training delivery skills.
  • Proficiency with QA tools and systems.
  • Previous experience in food manufacturing, quality control, or production operative.

We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, happy to jump on the production line if needs be, someone with a lot of factory experience.
