Impact Recruitment are currently looking to recruit an Industrial Recruitment Resourcer, offering a great opportunity to contribute to our growth, build client and candidate relationships, and help expand our presence within the Northamptonshire area.
We are a leading independent agency, specialising in temporary and permanent candidate placements within the industrial, Commercial and Engineering sectors.
With 2 offices and multiple onsite operations, we are renowned for delivering tailored staffing solutions with excellence and integrity. As we look to expand our team, this is an exciting opportunity to join an established successful business.
Salary & Benefits:
- 27,000 per year DOE
- Rewarding uncapped commission structure
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch
- 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), rising with length of service

Key Responsibilities:
- Attract, retain and support candidates on their recruitment journey.
- Source candidates through our CRM database, job boards and social media.
- Screen and interview candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Understand clients needs through taking detailed vacancy briefs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Proactively generate and qualify leads, scheduling meetings, and presenting tailored solutions to clients.
- Conduct client visits to build relationships, understand their needs in person, and showcase Impact's services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities to provide informed solutions.
- Comply with all legal requirements including The Working Time Directive, Agency Workers Regulations and The Employment Agencies Act.
- Build personal and support company brand awareness across social media platforms.

- You will ideally have previous experience within the recruitment industry although full training will be provided.
- You are enthusiastic and driven to succeed.
- You are confident in speaking to candidates and clients both over the phone and face to face.
- You are a people person, naturally drawn to meeting new individuals, building connections, and making a lasting impression.
- You are committed to delivering an exceptional service to your clients and candidates.
- You will be an active team player.
- Must hold a valid UK driving license.
