If have a production background that involved following processes, then these would be excellent transferable skills.For those Candidates that demonstrate the appropriate attitude and skills, there will be opportunities to be offered a full-time position with the company, although this is not guaranteed. Manufacturing Operative Key Areas of Responsibility

Assembling cables
Snipping and crimping cable ends ready for client requirements
Labelling cables
Sorting cables into appropriate client locations
Quality testing
Box preparation
Picking small items ready for manufacturing
