Our client is looking to recruit a professional candidate with some proven experience in either the customer service, property, insurance or legal sectors. You must have excellent communication looking to establish a permanent career within their Intervention team. This opportunities would be ideal for a professional who enjoys client interaction, resolving problems and managing a project.

You will deal with a variety of clients regarding the start of their case, you will investiagte claims and ensure all facts are correct and in line with the clients information. You will challenge any incorrect facts before moving the case forward. Dealing with such a wide range of customers you will require versatile communication skills, wqith the ability to really listen and develop relationships.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

  • Proven client/customer focused experience in the insurance/claims/legal/property/customer service sectors
  • Experience dealing with customers over the telephone
  • Strong written communication

HOURS OF WORK: 8.45-5.00pm Monday to Friday

HOLIDAY: 25 days plus bank holidays and an opportunity to increase this every year to 27 plus a day off for your birhday if it falls on a weekday
