Despatch and Quality Control Assistant Northampton £24,000Monday – Friday 08:30am – 16:30pmWe have partnered with a local family-run business known for their high-end, top-quality products, who are looking for a pro-active and hard-working individual to join their E-Commerce team. They are looking for someone with strict attention to detail, that takes pride in their work, to ensure all products are produced and despatched to a high spec. Due to travel from factories you must hold a valid UK licence.Key Duties:
  • Support with the timely despatch of their high-quality product range.
  • Quality Control checks of every product prior to despatch, ensuring to cross refence with the order paperwork ( correct size, style, colour, product range etc )
  • Ensuring every product that leaves the factory meets their high-quality standards.
  • Learn to repair minor imperfections to contribute to their excellent reputation in both UK and global markets.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Exceptional eye for detail with a dedication to quality and excellence
  • High level of accuracy and ability to manage own workload
  • Analytical skills with the ability to identify potential quality issues
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
  • Excellent communication skills with commitment to learning.
  • Experience the shoe and or clothing industry desirable.
