What the job will be doing

Take a lead in delivering our wide-ranging annual Asset Investment Plan c£25m through a dedicated team.
Oversee a successful team to effectively manage caseload in the areas of Disrepair/DMC and complex issues.
To lead and support a team in achieving excellent customer service and operational performance through effective asset investment.
Ensure consistent contract management, performance management and budgetary control across the projects.

What you will need

RICS/CIOB
Educated to degree level in building/constriction
Understanding of housing sector, case management and legal protocols
