Client Support Administrator

£25,000 - £30,000 (depending on previous relevant experience)

Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm (1 hour lunch). No weekends

Match Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of their client based in Northampton. Our client is a long established and premium specialist working within the financial services industry. You’ll be working within our client’s Head Office. However, the team you’ll be working in is a small team of half a dozen colleagues. For the right person there will be room to develop further within the company.

The purpose of your role:

Working alongside the administration support and the x2 Senior Financial Advisors within the team, you’ll support their end clients by providing all administration and customer support. This is including administration set up of new policies, liaising with internal team members, external third party stakeholders and the end customer in relation to general enquiries. Processing through the system all policy claims and amending policy agreements where needed. It’s estimated roughly 20% of your role will be telephone based with circa 10 - 15 calls per day.

To be considered for this role, our client has stated that recent and previous relevant office experience is essential.
