Are you an experienced Employment Solicitor ready to make your mark in Northampton? We're seeking talented candidates to join a forward-thinking law firm that values growth and innovation! What You’ll Do:

  • Handle a diverse caseload for employer clients, tackling exciting projects like restructuring, team changes, and large-scale redundancies.
  • Provide strategic advisory support in boardroom discussions and operational HR matters.
  • Ensure compliance with modern slavery regulations and represent clients in employment tribunals.

Who We're Looking For:

Ideally, you’ll have 3+ years of post-qualification experience up to the Senior Associate level. Whether you're experienced or looking to step up, we want to hear from you! We will also consider newly qualified solicitors for this position.
