They are looking for a talented and experienced Employment Solicitor to join their team.This position is open to candidates with 3+ years PQE, up to Senior Associate level.Whether you’re seeking to take the next step in your career or are a seasoned professional, this is a role that offers genuine potential for growth and progression, including the possibility of future partnership for the right individual.What You'll Be Doing:This varied role involves a mix of contentious and non-contentious work, predominantly supporting employer clients across a range of industries. You’ll manage your own caseload from start to finish while mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the team’s development.Typical matters you may work on include:
  • Drafting and advising on Settlement Agreements.
  • Supporting corporate transactions, including M&A work.
  • Advising on complex HR and operational matters, including large-scale redundancies, restructuring, and boardroom disputes.
  • Ensuring compliance with the Modern Slavery Act.
  • Providing strategic advice to clients on employment law matters.
  • Representing clients at employment tribunals.
  • Assisting with data protection compliance.
