Description

The Interim Legal Counsel will:

  • Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts.
  • Manage commercial contracts proactively and liaising with internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee the intellectual property portfolio and advise on brand management.
  • Handle data protection queries and promote data protection compliance across the business.
  • Offer timely and practical legal advice on various commercial issues.
  • Stay updated on legislative changes and ensure the business remains compliant.

Profile

The Interim Legal Counsel will be:

  • A Solicitor with 4+ years PQE or equivalent experience.
  • A proactive, self-starting approach with a knack for identifying creative legal solutions.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, multi-site business environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
  • Strong organisational abilities, able to manage a busy and evolving workload.
  • Commercial acumen and a pragmatic approach to balancing business needs with legal requirements.
