This pivotal role requires a minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience (PQE) and a proven track record in delivering exceptional client service.The successful candidate will be a custodian of legal excellence, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of Family Law. Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing expert advice and managing a diverse range of Family Law cases, with a focus on high net worth individuals.
  • Continuously developing and updating knowledge on Family Law issues, fostering a collaborative environment to share insights with colleagues across the firm.
  • Crafting and leveraging opportunities for cross-referrals within the business, actively engaging in business development initiatives.
  • Playing a significant role in networking events and business development activities, with the aim of attracting new clients to the firm.
Your caseload will consist of Family Law matters in: 
  • Privately funded Family/Matrimonial matters
  • Divorce
  • Judicial separation
  • Separation agreements
  • Ancillary relief
  • Financial matters
  • TOLATA
  • Domestic abuse
  • Non-molestation and occupation orders
  • Private Children Act matters
