I am recruiting for a Senior Employment Solicitor - 5+ years PQE on behalf of a highly commendable law firm in Northampton, who pride themselves on being a great place to work with a brilliant work life balance, opportunities for development and career progression with over 5 offices and a history going back over 100 years.Requirements:
  • Qualified Senior Solicitor with 5+ Years PQE
  • Confident working independently
  • Handling your own caseload from initial instruction through to completion
  • Providing guidance and mentoring to our more junior team members.

  • Providing ad hoc advice on operational HR matters,
  • Assisting with data protection compliance, and
  • Representing clients in employment tribunals.
  • A salary between £55,000 - £75,000 dependant on experience.
