Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Legal Secretary with a minimum of 4 years’ experience working in a private client team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional support. You will be responsible for managing client correspondence, including drafting letters, emails, and legal documents with precision. Strong drafting and proof-reading skills are essential for this role.You will demonstrate the ability to manage your own caseload where required, working to deadlines and handling the pressure that comes with private client work.Experience in dealing with Tax Planning, the preparation of Wills, and Wealth Protection issues is a must. Experience handling high-net-worth (HNW) and complex matters would be a significant advantage, along with Lasting Powers of Attorney. Knowledge of Trusts, including Trust Corporations, Family Investment Companies, and declarations of trust, would also be highly beneficial. Experience with probate, including taxable estates (both domestic and those with a foreign element), claiming BPR and APR, and a solid understanding of Inheritance Tax will be key to your success.The Firm:Award-winning, multi-accredited and ranked in the Legal 200 and 500, our client is well-known as a fantastic firm to work for and with.
