- Drafting documents and letters of advice to clients under supervision
- Drafting and completing basic legal documents and forms
- Researching legal issues on behalf of other fee earners
- Preparing document bundles for fee earners as required
- Taking responsibility for administrative tasks, i.e. coordinating the administration of seminars
- Taking messages about initial advice queries and passing them on to the relevant fee earner
- The efficient management of client/matter files to include general filing, file opening, preparation of client care letters and terms and conditions, file closure and archiving
- Undertaking any other duties as required.
- Liaise with clients via telephone and email
- Attend client meetings both in person and on the telephone, as requested by the fee earner and prepare attendance notes to record the meeting
- Attend meetings and take notes as required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office

- Prior paralegal experience in this area of law would be advantageous
