- Reduce customer complaints and ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented.
- Eradicate internal non-conformances by developing and managing quality processes and procedures.
- Lead and align Operations Functions with company goals.

- Oversee all aspects of staff management for the Operations team.
- Optimise costs and usage of temporary labour.
- Develop and manage warehouse training initiatives.
- Manage relationships with vendors involved in Operations.
- Work with the Director of Operations and other Site Managers to drive operational improvements.
- Implement and maintain 6S management principles in the warehouse.
- Ensure adherence to security, health & safety, and housekeeping standards.
- Relevant qualification in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience managing large teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems, SAP, or similar systems.
- Strong ability to work autonomously.
- Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
