We are pleased to be working with our client seeking a Facilities Assistant based in Northampton for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. Our client is a well-established Solicitor located across Northampton, Milton Keynes, Cambridge and more.

Responsibilities of the Facilities Assistant

  • Look after the Northampton offices/site supporting the Facilities and Health & Safety Manager.
  • Take part in health and safety checks and inspections including fire safety checks.
  • Purchase inventory stock and office furniture.
  • Meet regulatory and legislative requirements.
  • Look after and maintain indoor plants as well as general garden maintenance.
  • Set up meeting rooms/seminars.
  • Cover reception duties.

Requirements for a successful Facilities Assistant

  • Experience within a similar role previously.
  • Strong IT skills with proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Able to organise and manage workload priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail.
