Site Manager - Northampton

My client is a specialist maintenance company that are experts within the social housing sector. They operate nationwide over numerous branches.

They are looking for a Site Manager with a background of refurbishments of hotels, local authority, accommodation blocks or similar environments.

You will be reporting into a Contracts Manager. Majority of the work will be the installation and refurbishment of kitchens and bathrooms.

You will be responsible for the refurbishment and installation of fire-doors on various social housing sites.

The Ideal Candidate

Suitable candidates must have SMSTS, First Aid and Asbestos Awareness.

You will have a background of refurbishments in a variety of settings.
