- Performance & Efficiency: Monitor operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-saving measures.
- Reverse Logistics & Quality Assurance: Oversee returned product handling, collaborate with Engineering/Quality teams, and drive KPI-based performance improvements.
- Workload & Resource Management: Plan and allocate manpower efficiently to meet business targets.
- Customer-Centric Solutions: Analyse escalations and failures, implementing corrective actions to enhance service levels.
- Continuous Improvement & Standardisation: Lead process improvements using CI methodologies and cross-training initiatives.
- Health, Safety & Environmental Responsibility: Ensure compliance with all regulations and promote sustainable waste management.
- Experience: 8+ years in logistics, leadership, continuous improvement, and analysis.
- Education: Degree-level education preferred.
- Skills: Strong analytical, planning, and organisational abilities with expertise in budgeting and forecasting.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic IT skills (MS Office, databases).
- Health & Safety Awareness: IOSH qualification is a plus but not essential.
