Vacancy: Site Manager

Duration: 12-16 Weeks Temporary - Permanent

Location: Northampton Area

Salary/Rate: 28 - 30 Per Hour

A well-established, and rapidly expanding principle contractor who are currently looking to recruit a Site Manager to oversee a kitchens and bathrooms and decarbonisation scheme within the Northampton area.

This contract is temporary to permanent, you will be overseeing works completed in tenanted and void properties.

Role/Responsibilities

• Managing day to day running of site, including sub-contractors, inductions and health and safety regulations
• Meeting project requirements due to the schedule and client instructions
• Reading and interpret construction drawings/designs
• Reporting to the Contracts Manager on a daily basis regarding progress and any issues that need addressing
• Develop excellent relationships with subcontractors, tenants and the client by communicating effectively
• Carrying out inspections of completed work and signing off work using the APP.
• Completing work in accordance with work schedules and updating progress to the client
• Facilitating team meetings in H&S/operational delivery/performance

• Salary range 36k - 43k dependant on experience.

Requirements

• A strong background in the social housing refurbishment sector
• CSCS Black Card, SMSTS, First Aid at Work - Essential
• Own Transport
• Competent in Microsoft Packages/I.T. Systems
