Are you a creative, outgoing individual with a passion for marketing? We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to join our clients dynamic Marketing Team. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you'll play a key role in bringing their brand to life across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create engaging assets for both digital and offline platforms.
  • Contribute to graphics material from concept to delivery, including monthly promotions and special projects.
  • Assist in crafting captivating content-graphics, videos, and written pieces.
  • Organize and manage our social media presence, including scheduling, meetings, and post approvals.
  • Maintain social media accounts, engaging with followers and managing competitions.
  • Support website updates and product listings.
  • Help plan and execute targeted B2B multi-channel marketing campaigns using analytics.
  • Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, particularly on platforms like TikTok.
  • Provide general marketing support including event planning, research, content creation, and proof-reading.
  • Adhere to the company's Health & Safety policies.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong planning and organization skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Keen attention to detail for quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and suppliers.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds a degree in marketing, graphic design, or business, or has a CIM accredited qualification.
  • Has some experience in in-house or agency marketing (beneficial).
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign) and has a solid working knowledge of Excel.
