Description
- Leading and implementing logistical solutions within the transport & distribution industry.
- Driving efficiency in logistics processes.
- Contributing to strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level to align with company goals.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Building and maintaining client relationships.
- Overseeing budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
- Identifying and addressing problems and opportunities for the company and their customers.
Profile
A successful Solutions Manager should have:
- A degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience in a warehousing solutions design role within the transport & distribution industry.
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Autocad, CLASS or Sketchup experience is advantageous
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to drive efficiency and implement innovative solutions.
- Strong strategic planning and decision-making abilities.
Job Offer
- An attractive salary range of £60,000 - £65,000 per annum.
