This is a full-time, long-term role with leadership responsibilities, perfect for someone with a strong background in music education and a proven track record of inspiring students and leading a successful department.About the Role:As the Head of Music, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and creative music lessons across KS3 and KS4, while also overseeing the development and direction of the music department. This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will manage a team of teachers, set departmental goals, and ensure high standards of teaching and learning are maintained.
