Our client, based in Northamptonshire requires an Office Administrator to support the management and director teams in their busy office.
Responsibilities:
- General administration tasks,
- Booking appointments,
- Managing emails,
- Time management,
- Customer care,
- Order materials,
- Assisting with the accounting team including credit control.
Requirements:
- Enthusiastic positive person with a "can do" approach,
- Background in customer service,
- Have a problem-solving approach,
- Good organisational skills,
- Ability to work independently,
- Be confident using a desktop computer and/or laptop,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Light data entry,
- Credit control support,
