Thy are looking for an experienced Office Manager to oversee and manage the smooth operation of our office. As a key player in our business, you will ensure that our internal systems, procedures, and office functions are efficient and compliant. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly. - Develop, manage, and continuously improve internal systems and procedures to boost efficiency and organisation. - Ensure the company's procedures meet all compliance and regulatory requirements, managing all relevant documentation. - Manage office supplies and service contracts, including negotiating with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness. - Provide administrative support to the team, including managing office communications, filing systems, and meeting arrangements. - Oversee the smooth functioning of office equipment, coordinating with IT support when necessary.
