Join a dynamic and friendly team within a fast-paced production and manufacturing business specializing in motorsports. While experience in motorsports isn’t essential, a positive attitude, strong administrative skills, and a proactive mindset are key to thriving in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office administration tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and in person with professionalism and excellent customer service.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Collaborate effectively with various departments to support daily operations.
  • Manage and update office documentation and reports.
  • Assist with basic accounts tasks using Sage or similar systems (experience preferred but not essential).
  • Multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with Sage or previous accounts experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and eager to contribute to a positive office atmosphere.
