My client is looking for a highly organised Office Support Coordinator to play a pivotal role in their team. As the Office Support Coordinator, you will be highly proficient on all Microsoft packages, particularly Word and Excel. Ideally you will have experience in supporting both office and external colleagues with quotations, scheduling and contracts. You will have demonstrable experience of juggling multiple tasks and taken ownership of queries through to resolution.

Office Support Coordinator Key responsibilities:

  • Office Health and Safety
  • Basic HR administration
  • Fleet vehicle management
  • Assist the Finance Manager with reports and costings
  • Assist the Installation Coordinator where required
  • Understand the installation process to assist the office and field teams

Office Support Coordinator Person Specification:

  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Keen eye for detail and highly organised
  • Ideally have used Google sheets and Sage
  • Be confident with finance, understanding how to add VAT and calculate GP
