- Order processing and inputting orders onto sage
- Production planning and scheduling
- Working with production staff to coordinate and meet production deadlines
- Purchasing and stock management
- Ensuring supplier orders are placed to align with the production planning
- Credit control
- Supplier payments
- Bank / account reconciliation
- Payroll.
- Prep of accounts to hand over to accountants at year end.
- Attend weekly management meetings with company director.
- Ensuring smooth running of office and business functions.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Organised, Self-motivated with the ability to work to own initiative
- Experience working and managing a small team is desirable
- Forward thinking with good problem solving
- Ability to work under pressure to deadlines and customer focused
- Microsoft office and good IT skills
- Experience with SAGE highly desirable
