Aspire people are now recruiting for school office managers to support our schools in Northampton.Please note our roles are contracted tempoary longterm postions or temp or per,.*You must have a dbs on the update service or be happy to obtian one in order to work in our schools* hours:part time or fulltime hours on offerdate: septemeber 2024duties: To be responsible for undertaking administrative, financial,organisational processes within the school. .* To be familiar with child protection procedures.* To share in the corporate responsibility for the well being of all the pupils.* To fulfil standards of staff to the appropriate level which will contribute to decisions the* school makes with regard to professional development and pay progression.* Contribute to the overall ethos/work/aims of the school.* Knowledge of school systems - sims,arbor for example* knowledge of school finance systems* Education background or strong office management * To be familiar with fire-drill procedures* Undertake complex financial administration procedures.* Assist with the planning, monitoring and evaluation of the budget.* Participate in training and other learning activities and performance development as required.Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
