A welcoming primary school in Northampton (NN2) is seeking a part-time School Administrator to join their team, starting after the October half term. This role is ideal for someone who can work mornings only and is looking to make a positive contribution to a vibrant school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the school office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries from parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update school records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Assist with attendance registers and monitoring.
  • Support the Headteacher and senior staff with administrative tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a school setting - INCLUDING USING SIMS
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management software (desirable but not essential).

Working Hours:This is a part-time, mornings-only position with hours typically from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
