Team Manager

Location: Northampton

Hours: Monday - Friday evening shift (hours are negotiable)

Agenda Partnership have partnered with a Northampton based client who are looking for a team manager to join their super organised and friendly team. This department has a sole focus on administrative duties with responsibilities to first and foremost ensure high levels of accuracy and responsiveness to external clients and branches.

A real fundamental for this role is to continue the strong leadership and team togetherness that has been formed over the years, embedding new team members and to continue to offer the support to the teams when refining processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of 8 personnel within dynamic environment
  • Manage the day to day operations of the department working closely with the Departmental Manager whilst on the later shift.
  • Be proactive in responding to requests incoming from clients via email
  • Continually review internal processes and make necessary changes for improvement
  • Allocating daily tasks to the team if and where necessary
  • Producing, analysing and managing departmental KPI’s
  • Supporting the department to resolve day to day queries
  • Liaising with other supervisors from different departments and shifts to ensure successful shift handovers
  • Staff coaching and development

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience within a manager or supervisory role
  • Has prior experience of leading and developing successful teams
  • Familiar with MS software including Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
