Are you available to start a role in January 2025? If so, we want to hear from you. The Role:We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our clients business on a short fixed-term contract. In this role, you will:*Compile monthly reports, including data changes and absence, and input data onto monthly pay spreadsheet.*Prepare reports on employee entitlement to SSP. *Receive and verify time sheets from line managers, checking for accuracy and input final data onto monthly pay spreadsheet.*Input changes such as salary adjustments, bonuses, or overpayments/underpayments. *Participate in yearly pay review process, passing initial data to finance for processing and updating HRMS.*Distribute initial pension paperwork and private medical documentation, as applicable.*Address employee inquiries related to payroll matters.What We're Looking For:*Previous experience in processing both monthly and weekly payrolls.*Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.*Knowledge of payroll software and processes, including statutory payments, pensions, and deductions.*Ability to start January 2025 Benefits:*Competitive salary of up to £38,000 (pro rata).*Hybrid working (a mix of office-based and remote working).*A supportive and friendly team environment.
