Are you an Estimator / Project Manager with a background in Construction looking to join a market leading company with a global client base, offering excellent progression into Senior roles, hybrid and flexible working, as well as ongoing training and development?
This family-owned company, established over 50 years ago have since seen excellent growth, now with a headcount of over 100 people. They are market leaders within their field, working primarily with high-end private clients within the Construction / Architectural industry on bespoke products. Due to their continued growth, they are looking to add an Estimator / Project Manager to their team.
In this varied role you will benefit from hybrid working, as you manage projects from beginning to end. You will visits sites, estimating projects costs and delivering quotations to clients, as well as liaising with Architects and Engineers throughout the process. You will have the opportunity to be involved with drawings for projects, using AutoCAD (training provided), as well as upselling.
This role would suit an Estimator / Project Manager with a background in Construction looking to join a well-established company who are leading the market and offering excellent progression opportunities into Senior roles.
The Role:
- Hybrid role (2-3 days from home).
- Produce project quotations.
- Liaise with private clients, architects and engineers.
- Produce AutoCAD drawings (training provided).
- Manage the project from beginning to end.
The Person:
- Estimator / Project Manager.
- Background in Construction.
- Commutable to Northampton.
