This type of role will require you to be a role model whilst supporting the early stages of learning!As a Primary School Teacher, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning and delivering engaging and challenging lessons that meet the needs and interests of all learners and the national curriculum objectives.
  • Assessing and reporting on pupils' progress and achievement and providing constructive feedback and targets.
  • Creating a safe and stimulating learning environment that fosters curiosity, creativity and independence.
  • Working collaboratively with other teachers and staff and participating in professional development opportunities.
  • Contributing to the wider life of the school and the local community, and promoting our values of respect, responsibility and resilience.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree.
  • Experience of teaching in Key Stage 1, 2 & 3.
  • A high level of subject knowledge and pedagogical skills.
  • A commitment to inclusive and child-centred education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive and proactive attitude.
