  • Monitor factory and production standards regarding GMP, Hygiene and Quality.
  • Assist in internal audits and spot checks of production.
  • Ensure all HACCP, Due diligence, traceability procedures and quality checks documentation are completed and implemented.
  • Maintain swab and product sampling plans.
  • Monitor cleaning and hygiene standards for equipment, food contact surfaces and the factory environment.
Quality Assurance Technician Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Must have previous work experience within the food manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge and understanding of relevant food industry regulations and standards.
  • Previous experience working within a quality department.
  • Able to be flexible with job roles and responsibilities when required.
