- Conduct thorough inspections of metallic and composite components to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- Utilize GD&T principles to assess and verify the accuracy of parts and assemblies.
- Perform detailed inspections using PolyWorks software and other measurement tools.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality checks.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Train and mentor junior inspectors and provide technical guidance as needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality policies.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in the motorsport industry, specifically in quality inspection.
- Proficient in inspecting metallic and composite materials.
- Strong knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Hands-on experience with PolyWorks software.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications in quality inspection or related fields are a plus.
